We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
• Identity & Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number.
• Profile Data: Profile picture and any other information you voluntarily add to your profile.
• Verification Data: For Fleet Drivers, this may include data from a driver's license or other ID documents required for verification.
• Transaction Data: Details about your rides and deliveries, including start and end points, time, date, price, and status.
• Location Data: With your explicit consent, we collect your device's location data when the app is in use to enable ride/delivery matching, calculate routes, and provide live-tracking features. You can disable this at any time in your device settings.
• Payment Data: We do not store your full credit card or bank account details. This information is processed directly and securely by our payment partner, Stripe. We only store transaction references.
• Device and Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, and crash reports to ensure the security, stability, and performance of our app.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your data for the following purposes, based on the legal grounds of GDPR (Art. 6):
• To Perform Our Contract with You: To create your account and facilitate the mediation of rides and deliveries.
• To Enable Communication: To send you notifications about bookings, service updates, and other essential information.
• To Process Payments: To securely manage payments, fees, and payouts.
• For Safety and Security: To verify user identities, prevent fraud, and ensure the safety of our platform.
• To Improve Our Service: We may use anonymized and aggregated data to analyze usage patterns and enhance the user experience.

We only share your data in the following circumstances:
• With Other Users: To facilitate a service, we share necessary information between the involved parties (e.g., your name, pickup location, and live location are shared between a Driver and Client/Rider).
• With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers for essential services like payment processing (Stripe), mapping (Google Maps), and cloud hosting. We have Data Processing Agreements in place with these providers to ensure your data is protected.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your data to law enforcement or other authorities if required by law.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements. After your account is deleted, we will either delete or anonymize your data.
