Pndlr – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pndlr mobile application and associated web services (the "Pndlr Platform") provided by:

Pndlr acts as a neutral technology intermediary connecting users for non-commercial ride‑sharing and local courier/delivery services. Pndlr does not provide transportation or delivery services and is not a contracting party to agreements between users.

2. Scope

- These Terms apply to all users (Drivers, Riders, Clients).

- Use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

- Transport/delivery contracts are solely between users.

3. Services

- Pndlr Platform: technology to arrange rides and deliveries.

- Ride‑Sharing: private ride cost‑sharing only.

- Fleet: verified users perform local deliveries.

4. Registration

- Minimum age 18.

- Accurate, updated information required.

- Account personal/non‑transferable.

5. User Conduct

- Follow laws and Terms.

- Respectful behavior; no abuse or discrimination.

- Drivers must hold valid license, insurance, legal vehicle.

- Fleet Clients must package goods safely and not send prohibited items.

6. Ride‑Sharing Rules

- Contract forms upon booking.

- Cancellation: >24h free; 24‑2h 50%; <2h/no‑show 100%.

- Driver cancels: full refund; repeated cancellation may suspend account.

7. Fleet Rules

- Fleet Driver verification required.

- Contract forms when job accepted.

- Cancellation: before acceptance free; after acceptance €5; after pickup full price.

8. Wallet & Payments

- Wallet for balance.

- Funds via Stripe.

- Service fee 30% from Driver payout.

- Escrow until completion confirmation.

- Withdrawals possible with conditions.

9. Liability

- Full liability for gross negligence/intent.

- Limited liability for simple negligence.

- No liability for disputes between users.

10. Term & Termination

- Indefinite term; user may delete account anytime.

- Pndlr may suspend for violations.

11. Privacy

- Data handled per Privacy Policy.

12. Law & Amendments

- Estonian law applies.

- Invalid clauses do not affect remainder.

- Terms may be updated; continued use requires acceptance.
